Nina Schipoff's installation combines electromagnetic recordings, internal plant activity, soil, an LED grow light, a slowly moving treadmill, and the audio piece Briefly Me. The work creates a space for listening and bodily awareness. The treadmill introduces continuous movement without arrival, while recordings of normally imperceptible phenomena render inaccessible processes audible. Human bodies generate electrical activity, technologies communicate through electromagnetic waves, and plants respond through electrical, chemical, and vibrational exchanges. Invisible networks connect organisms, technologies, and environments. What would it mean to truly integrate what we cannot hear?
