Fiction permeates and opens up reality. Meteorites pierce the fabric of our minds, transmit their vibrations, and make the connection visible. The debris of celestial bodies—embryos of stars—diffuse the essence, the echo from elsewhere.
This work is a direct extension of the thesis Météorisons, which tells the story of a group of beings—inhabitants of a planet plunged into darkness—who collect debris from the sky in order to continue dreaming of the existence of stars. They call themselves cryptogeologists and possess knowledge that allows them to resonate with the stones. The trays on which the meteorites are arranged here serve as interfaces for connecting with their magnetism.
